ToyFolio provides market data and valuations sourced from public auction results and third-party sources. This information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or appraisal advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. You should not rely solely on ToyFolio valuations for buying, selling, or insuring collectibles.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, auction data providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOYFOLIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToyFolio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
